Terms and Conditions for Website Development Services – 800website.ae

These Terms and Conditions are entered into between 800website.ae and the Client who has chosen to benefit from our website development services as part of the special offer. These terms and conditions are applicable only till the end of the OFFER.

1. Service Offer
800website.ae is offering website development services at a price of AED 1987 incl. VAT.
The offer includes the use of specific website design that the Client can choose from.

2. Hosting and Domain
The first year of hosting for the Client’s website is provided free of charge.
Domain registration is not included in this offer. The Client is responsible for registering and maintaining the website domain name separately.

3. Offer Duration and Cancellation
800website.ae reserves the right to pause, stop, or cancel the offer with or without notice. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued for any payments made by the Client.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials required for the website development.
Once the content is submitted, it cannot be changed, and the Client agrees to cooperate with 800website.ae team in a timely manner and provide feedback as needed. If the required content is not provided within 15 days from the advanced payment date, the offer may be canceled without any refund.

5. Ownership
Upon full payment for the website development services, the client will own the rights to the website, excluding any third-party components or designs used.

6. Disclaimer
800website.ae does not guarantee the success or performance of the website in terms of traffic, user engagement, or any other specific outcomes in the UAE.

7. Legal Compliance
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the website complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

8. Confidentiality
800website.ae will keep all confidential information provided by the Client confidential and will not disclose it to any third party.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Payment
Payment is due prior to commencement of work.

11. Extra Services
800website.ae is responsible to develop only the design that client choose. Adding new pages or features will cost extra charges.

12. Maintenance and Support
Any ongoing maintenance or support beyond the initial development phase will be subject to additional fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

13. Modifications and Revisions
The Client may request reasonable modifications or revisions to the website within a specified timeframe after completion. After this period, any changes requested will be subject to additional charges.

14. Third-Party Components and Licenses
If third-party components, plugins, or software are used in the website development, the Client must adhere to their respective licenses and terms of use. 800website.ae holds no responsibility for any issues arising from the misuse or non-compliance with third-party terms.

15. Compatibility and Technical Issues
While 800website.ae will strive for compatibility with major web browsers and devices, it cannot guarantee full compatibility across all platforms. Any technical issues arising post-launch due to changes in technology or updates are the Client’s responsibility to rectify or request support at an additional cost.

16. Project Timeline
800website.ae will provide an estimated timeline for completion of the website. However, this timeline may be subject to change due to factors such as delays in content submission or unforeseen technical challenges.

17. Termination of Services
Either party reserves the right to terminate services in the event of a breach of terms outlined in this agreement. In such cases, any outstanding payments for completed work will remain due.

18. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 800website.ae from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the content provided for the website, including but not limited to copyright infringement or misleading information.

19. Post-Handover Responsibility
After the website handover, 800website.ae is not accountable for maintenance, updates, or issues. The Client assumes full responsibility for the website’s management and any required modifications or support. Additional services post-handover will be subject to separate agreements and charges.

20. Communication
All official communication regarding the project must be in writing, through email or a documented communication channel, to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes.
