Most Dubai agencies answer this with “it depends” and a contact form. That is not useful when you are trying to budget. Below are the actual figures we charge, what changes them, and what a fair price looks like across the market — so you can compare properly whether or not you work with us.
Short answer: what a website costs in Dubai
| What you need | Typical Dubai market range | Our fixed price | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing page (1–2 pages) | AED 800 – 3,000 | AED 999 | 7 days |
| Standard business site (up to 6 pages) | AED 3,000 – 12,000 | AED 3,500 | 14 days |
| Full business site (10+ pages) | AED 8,000 – 40,000 | AED 6,999 | 21 days |
| Mobile app (iOS + Android) | AED 15,000 – 100,000+ | AED 9,999 | varies |
Market ranges are what Dubai agencies publish or quote publicly. Our prices are fixed and published on the packages and pricing page — not estimates.
Why quotes vary so much in this market
Two agencies can quote AED 4,000 and AED 40,000 for what sounds like the same website. The difference is usually one of these:
- Template vs custom design. A themed build is fast and cheap. A custom design costs more because someone designs every screen.
- Page count. Most quotes assume 5–6 pages. Every page beyond that is billable — ours is AED 400.
- Who writes the content. Agencies often quote assuming you supply text and images. If they write it, expect around AED 250 per page.
- Whether the price includes launch. Hosting, domain, SSL, Google Search Console setup and indexing are sometimes extra.
- Revisions. “Unlimited revisions” usually means a padded price. One or two structured rounds is normal and cheaper.
- Hourly vs fixed. Hourly billing transfers the risk of overrun to you. Fixed scope does not.
What is normally extra — and what it costs
| Item | Our price |
|---|---|
| Domain (.ae) | AED 200 |
| Premium hosting (1 year) | AED 2,400 |
| Google Search Console setup + indexing | AED 1,500 |
| Extra page beyond the package | AED 400 |
| Content writing (per page) | AED 250 |
| Multi-language (per language, e.g. Arabic) | AED 1,000 |
| Speed optimization (60+ PageSpeed) | AED 1,200 |
| Logo + brand kit | AED 1,500 |
Ongoing costs people forget
A website is not a one-off purchase. Budget for these from year one:
- Hosting and domain renewal — roughly AED 2,600/year at our rates
- SEO — from AED 999/month (foundation) to AED 3,999/month (enterprise, with Arabic)
- Paid ads management — from AED 999/month, separate from ad spend itself
- Maintenance — plugin and security updates. Neglecting this is how sites get hacked
What a mobile app costs in Dubai
A full iOS + Android app built on a single Flutter codebase starts at AED 9,999. Common additions:
- User authentication and profiles — AED 1,500
- Payment integration (Stripe or local gateway) — AED 2,500
- Booking or appointment system — AED 3,000
- Real-time chat — AED 3,500
- Push notifications — AED 1,000
- Maps and location features — AED 1,500
- Extra screen beyond six — AED 1,200
How to compare quotes fairly
Ask every agency the same five questions. The answers tell you more than the number does:
- How many pages, and what does an extra one cost?
- Who writes the content — and is that in the price?
- Do I own the site and the hosting account afterwards? You should. Ours are built on WordPress and handed over.
- What happens after launch, and for how long?
- Can I see your trade licence and office address? Any legitimate Dubai agency will answer this immediately.
Is cheap always bad?
No — but cheap plus vague is. A low fixed price with a defined scope is fine. A low hourly rate with an open scope is how projects triple. What matters is whether the agency will tell you in writing what you get, when, and for how much.
We publish our prices precisely because it removes that conversation. You can see the numbers before you talk to anyone.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a basic website cost in Dubai?
A one to two page landing site starts around AED 999. A standard business website of up to six pages is typically AED 3,500. Anything advertised well below that is usually a template with your logo dropped in.
How long does a website take to build?
Seven days for a landing page, fourteen for a standard business site, twenty-one for a full site. Delays almost always come from content, not development.
Do I need to pay monthly for a website?
Not for the site itself. You do pay for hosting and domain renewal, roughly AED 2,600 a year. SEO and ads management are optional monthly services.
Is an e-commerce site more expensive?
Yes. Product pages, payment integration and shipping rules add work. Budget from the full-site tier upward, plus payment integration.
What is the cheapest way to get a website in Dubai?
A ready-made or template site at the AED 999 tier, with your own content. It is a legitimate starting point for a new business — you can upgrade later without rebuilding from scratch.
