Can you create a website in 5 minutes?
You can publish one in five minutes. You cannot build a business website in five minutes. Modern builders and AI site generators will genuinely produce a live page from a prompt in that time. What they produce is a starting point, not a finished asset.
What five minutes gets you: a template with your business name, placeholder-quality copy, stock images, and a URL. What it does not get you: content that answers what your customers actually ask, page structure that can rank, real photography, working payments, or anything specific to operating in the UAE.
The honest framing is that the five minutes is the easy part. The work is deciding what pages you need, what each one says, and how a visitor gets from arriving to enquiring. A generator cannot do that because it does not know your business.
Should I use a website builder or hire an agency?
Use a builder if you are testing an idea, need something live this week, have no budget, and the site is essentially a business card. That is a legitimate choice and we would tell you to make it.
Hire someone when the website has a job to do: generating enquiries, taking payments, ranking for what you sell, or representing a business where credibility affects whether people buy. The moment revenue depends on it, the economics change.

The bottleneck is almost always content. Text for each page, real photographs, logo files, and decisions about what the business actually wants to say. Projects that arrive with content ready finish on schedule. Projects waiting on content finish whenever the content arrives.
If you want your site fast, the useful preparation is not choosing a platform — it is writing your pages, or budgeting AED 250 per page to have them written.
Will an AI-generated site rank on Google?
Rarely, and not because of how it was made. Google does not penalise AI-generated content as such; it ranks pages that answer a question better than the alternatives. A generated page is by definition assembled from generic patterns, so it says nothing your competitors do not.
What ranks is specificity — real prices, real constraints, real answers to the questions your customers ask. Those come from the business, not the generator.
