800website is a Dubai web design agency that publishes its prices instead of quoting hourly. Here are the real 2026 numbers, and what actually moves them.
How much does a website cost in Dubai?
A business website in Dubai costs AED 999 to AED 6,999 as a one-time build. A single landing page is AED 999 and takes 7 days. A six-page business site is AED 3,500 in 14 days. A ten-plus page site with English and Arabic is AED 6,999 in 21 days.
Those are our published prices, not estimates. Most Dubai agencies quote on request, which is why you see ranges from AED 1,500 to AED 50,000 for what sounds like the same brief. The gap is rarely quality — it is scope. A five-page brochure site and a fifty-page multilingual site with booking and payments are different projects that both get called “a website”.
The figure that matters is not the headline price but the total including hosting, domain and the add-ons your business genuinely needs. A realistic all-in first-year cost for an SME site in Dubai is AED 6,000 to AED 12,000.
What is included in an AED 999 website?
The AED 999 Starter includes two custom pages — a home page and one landing page — mobile-first responsive design, a contact form, a WhatsApp button, basic on-page SEO setup, and one full revision round. It is built on WordPress and delivered in 7 days.
What it does not include: multiple sub-pages, a booking system, e-commerce, or Arabic. Those sit in the higher tiers or as add-ons. We are explicit about this because the most common complaint about cheap websites in the UAE is not that they were cheap — it is that the buyer thought the price covered things it never did.
Who it suits: a new business that needs a credible presence and a way to be contacted, fast. Who it does not suit: anyone who needs to sell online, take bookings, or publish more than a handful of pages. Buying the AED 999 tier and then paying AED 400 per extra page for eight pages costs more than starting on the AED 3,500 Business tier.
What are the add-ons and what do they cost?
Every add-on is priced separately so you only buy what you use:
- Payment integration (Stripe or a local UAE gateway) — AED 2,500
- Booking or appointment system — AED 3,000
- Real-time chat or messaging — AED 3,500
- Maps and location features — AED 1,500
- Arabic or any additional language — AED 1,000
- Extra page beyond the package — AED 400 per page
- Content writing — AED 250 per page
- Speed optimisation to PageSpeed 60+ — AED 1,200
- Logo and brand kit — AED 1,500
Recurring costs are separate again: premium hosting AED 2,400 a year, a .com or .ae domain AED 200 a year, and maintenance from AED 299 a month once your included support window ends.
Why do Dubai quotes vary so widely?
Four reasons, in order of how much money they move. Scope — page count and functionality dominate everything else. Custom design versus template — a template build is faster and cheaper and looks like other sites. Who does the work — an agency with a Dubai office carries costs a remote freelancer does not. What happens after launch — a quote with no support window is not comparable to one with 90 days included.
When you compare quotes, normalise them first: same page count, same languages, same functionality, same support period. Most of the spread disappears.
